Personality: He is a Guard first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: Born in the south to a Guard, Gerbo learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Guard for hire.

Personality: She is witty, but her monotone delivery comes off as unnerving Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. In her 10th year, her parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Maynild alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by brigands. Maynild was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the brigands.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and a deep hatred of brigands

History: He was born in a small forest village. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he's looking for his big break

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Personality: Greeba is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
