History: Purah was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. Purah was born on a far eastern plains where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Assassin. She has dedicated herself to building a better world.

Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.
