History: Born to a Baker, her father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Marshal hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Vaina fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Halfling people.

Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Barber.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. He moved out east to avoid the crime he committed. After months of barely getting by, Kiirith managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he is greedy
