History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Some 9 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Nordak never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her father.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. While she appears to be a normal Gnome, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Andram's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: The child of a Stableman, who enjoyed hunting, Andram was taken on many hunting expeditions. His first spouse was a Stableman, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and marry his sister to traveling adventurers

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Kansif was born in the east. At a young age she loved to build and create. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Human companion (her 'brother'). She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is her passion
