Personality: She is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as she rather likes the sound of her voice. Her demeanor is somewhat feminine. She passes on several rewards to people in need. She makes a point to leave places better than she found them.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 7 years.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Pennie embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. When Pennie reached her early adolescence her Halfling father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and she desires to right it
