History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His first spouse was a Banker, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Banker they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Spice Merchant, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Vepar isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Tiefling unity. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Vepar abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality; and she has passion for adventuring and risk
