Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Uthemar was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Uthemar decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. History: He got into the Soapmaker business at a young age. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Soapmaker for hire.
