Description: A middle-aged man, he is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down, and is pretty ugly. He has blue hair. His gold eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.
History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Modean and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Dwarves. His skin is dark but he possesses many yellow ritualistic tattoos. He wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. His hair is short and brown. His fierce amber eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: He is someone who is used to having a large amount of sex appeal. He also lacks a concept of privacy and shares just about everything. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he is greedy

Description: He wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. He carries with him a set of hand crossbows, each one with a opal on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His fur is black and very short. His ears are large.
Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When Kite reached his early adolescence his Tabaxi mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and to clean up the streets

Description: She wears a grey deerstalker hat and grey clothes. She wears her golden hair up. Her hazel eyes are passionate and lively.
Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.
History: She comes from a rich eastern family. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
Motivation: A deep hatred of brigands; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes orcs are coming to abduct people. She disdains her fellow northerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
Motivation: A deep hatred of orcs; and many orcs want her driven away
