Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Through the years after Windy was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Windy's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
