History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. Nalaed was orphaned to a temple shortly after her birth. History: Born in the west to a Baker, Direcris learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Baker for the past few years.

Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His crest, while still mostly gold, has prominent grey streaks. He has gleaming, smiling red eyes.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Spice Merchant. He's also a talented Stylist, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and obtaining odd cultural halfling artifacts is his passion
