Description: This tall, slender woman wears just a black suit. Her white crest is unkempt and raggedy. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines gold.

Personality: She is a jovial happy person, but she is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.

History: Born to a Tanner, her father struggled to pay the bills. Ruloth was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Ruloth decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: Seeks redemption; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories she has discovered

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and she seems to be bored by most things

Description: This man wears tan painted combat armor at almost all times, and sports empty pouches on his belt. He has white hair. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Elven culture. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Elven people; and elven compassion

Description: She is generally shirtless and showing off her tattooed chest. She has done her best to style her blonde hair to look like a famous performer. She has several tiny jet earrings on each ear.

Personality: She hates Gnomes with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Barber and was forced into it by her family; and to reunite with her absent father

Description: This fat western woman has a bulbous nose and wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. She conceals her sword with her veritable burlap sack of a shirt. Her skin is also unnaturally pale. Her long brown hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. Her fierce blue eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Dwarf in existence. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Brewer business.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. A freak accident while working with her Barkeep father left her crippled. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and to get a good night's sleep
