History: She was born into a rich family. A gifted student she started as a Fortune-teller, but she got bored and became a Miner. She has worked as a Miner like her mother before her.

Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. When Naivara reached her early adolescence her Elf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Layabout.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He has all his life been fascinated with poetry.

History: Balimaar was born with his father's beautiful face. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Balimaar alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has never given up on his poetry dream.

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her father. Valanthe was born on a far southern plains where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Dilettante. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
