Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. The war was a terrible time for him, and Oblar does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Oblar was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed.
