Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Cecily isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. When triggered she is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her mother was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. Being a Masseuse kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: Norman is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Norman grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Norman. Being a Unemployed kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her first spouse was a Knight, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Knight they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Laborer, and she later adopted a second daughter.
