History: When she was but 3 years old her parents immigrated from the west. At some point she was captured by giants and was tortured. After several years of this she finally managed to escape. She has never given up on her dancing dream.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and someone believes her a fraud

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: She has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Barber who has hired her part-time. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.

History: Born in the east to a Barber, Ahlyssa learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Barber for hire.

Motivation: She is wracked by social anxiety; and wants to open a new tavern

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Arannis grew up listening to his mother's many stories. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered west to less war torn lands. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs.
