The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She has worked as a Spice Merchant like her father before her.

History: She was born at the edge of vast desert. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Apothecary work with an outfit from a few towns over. Apothecary work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Naeris was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Naeris decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and seeks redemption

History: She was born at the edge of vast mountains. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever she goes.

Motivation: She uses money and sex appeal to get what she needs.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Through the years after Kelter was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Kelter's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
