Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Cimer was born on a far southern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Detective. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the north. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
