Description: With tan face paint in a stripe pattern across her face, she likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. Her chestnut hair is braided into rings. Her amber eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Gillyd will drive conversation. She disdains her fellow northerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Gillyd hails from a village terrorized by giants. Her parents were killed by giants in a raid when she was still a young child. The giants captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: A deep hatred of giants.

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. Sporting a auburn mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Gifted from a young age, Paggen studied abroad. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the north were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and someone believes him a fraud

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates her frame. Her moppish chestnut hair is in a traditional bowl cut. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. The war was a terrible time for her, and Vani does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. When Vani reached her early adolescence her Halfling father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs

Description: She is a pot bellied western woman with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. She wears bulky brown painted plate armor. Her auburn hair is cut short. Her blue eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. She is underhanded and not above using her wealth and body to get others to do her bidding.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Halfling companion (her 'brother'). She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: She's looking for her big break.

Description: The light-skinned man stands 5'4" and wears many layers of old clothing at all times. He has styled his blonde hair well, parting it to the left. His gray eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: He was born in the north. Through the years after Koeth was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Koeth's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Koeth fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.
