History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Slave Trader born in the past three hundred years. Soveliss enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the west were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: She wears a green cloak and cross-gartered brown stockings, but does not cut a very imposing figure. She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 6'5" when asserting herself. Her blue hair, when down, is lengthy. Her ears are large.

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. She moved out west to avoid the crime she committed. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact.

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he has a large grey mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his red robe. His hair is brown and very short. His blue eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Adelard's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Born in the east to a Mason, Adelard learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Adelard alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Adelard was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the gnolls.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and many gnolls want him driven away
