History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Portia was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: He was born at the edge of vast forest. After coming to the age of reason, Ernest took it upon himself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it

Description: This southern man prefers to wear flannel. His clothes are grease stained in places. Sporting a black mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Fargas grew up listening to his mother's many stories. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she wears dull brown sweaters, loose yellow pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath her sweater she keeps a concealed quarterstaff, just in case. Her fur, while still mostly black, has prominent grey streaks. Her skin is flawless and her green eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and she is content

She wears her brown hair up in a very large beehive style do. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines green.

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. She cares deeply for her spouse and does her best to make sure her guests look presentable.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love.
