History: Peren was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Wizard, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Wizard in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: A 6'2" western man, he wears a green costume with the symbols of death on his torso. His silver hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a dagger scrunchie. His eyes are likewise white. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was born into a rich family. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero.

Personality: Riswynn is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: She was born at the edge of vast forest. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero.

Description: A woman with a cold, calculating air about her, she is well dressed, but even with her fine clothing she looks run-down. Her long white hair reaches down to her waist. Her gray eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Barkeep. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and further expansion of business
