History: A child with a great deal of writing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Heskan was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

History: Gifted from a young age, Nykkan studied abroad. He found a children's book about a Dragonborn Adept who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
