History: Zed hails from a village terrorized by goblins. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Detective. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Unemployed arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Unemployed work with an outfit from a few towns over.
