History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He found a children's book about a Human Warlock who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. Some 3 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Manfred never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
