Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She now mingles about in high society.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Charles isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Human unity. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: He was born into a rich family. After coming to the age of reason, Charles took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and he desires power and/or immortality

Personality: He is fixated on the number 7. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. At a young age his father died while driving off some drow. His mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in crossbow use. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He wants revenge against drow; and many drow want him driven away

Description: A hulking woman with gigantic muscles, she tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. She was taken from her home at a very young age. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: Wants to raise her children well; and regain custody of her daughter
