History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Paggen was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Fortune-teller profession.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered south to less war torn lands. She has taken up work as a Dyer and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.
