Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Althaea's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. A true patriot, Althaea would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Althaea hails from a village terrorized by giants. She took after her mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, her mother taught her to defend herself. When her mother died while fighting giants, the young Althaea began to lead the lost caravan. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for her.

Description: This man is very fat, and wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his halberd with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. His blonde hair is greasy and uncared for. His ears are large.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Theren fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. Being a Architect kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
