History: Born to a Herbalist, his mother struggled to pay the bills. In his youth he was a Herbalist, and wanted to be a champion fighter when he grew up. History: Gifted from a young age, Theobald studied abroad. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Description: An older man who typically wears brown cloth garments or leather armor, he is not a threatening figure. His long golden hair reaches down to his waist. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. A true patriot, Nicholas would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Nicholas alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Unvera was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Some 5 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Unvera never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.
