Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized violet coat. His white hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His blue eyes peer out from beneath his Stetson violet hat.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Description: He wears tan painted combat armor at almost all times, and carries greatswords. He keeps his long silver hair kept up in a rat tail. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Born in the west to a Knight, Qualen learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He has worked as a Knight like his mother before him.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Description: A hulking woman with gigantic muscles, she wears many layers of old clothing at all times. She has wavy white hair. She wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Guard born in the past three hundred years. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage son.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Guard hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and to reunite with her absent father

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her mother.

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her mother. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the south were limited. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: She is content; and to end her boredom

Description: This tall, slender woman wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. She sports auburn long hair. Her green eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: She has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Brewer who has hired her part-time. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Bricklayer. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: Wants her loneliness to end.
