Description: This woman is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of her veins is visible when she is not flexing. Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. She keeps her long silver hair kept up in a rat tail. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.

Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. She is stubborn though. She always likes to keep a trick up her sleeve. She likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if she feels she even has a chance of losing.

History: Ronwe was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Like her father and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Fletcher. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ronwe fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: A deep hatred of goblins; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day
