History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. He was granted arcane powers by his dying brother.

Description: This northern woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of her physical features obscured. Her blue hair is heavily combed to the left. Her eyes are red.

Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. She is stubborn though. She always likes to keep a trick up her sleeve. She likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if she feels she even has a chance of losing.

History: Her martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help; and a rival would like her out of the picture

Description: This fat northern man has a bulbous nose and wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his sickle with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His deerstalker hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His eyes are likewise amber.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He wants revenge against orcs; and many orcs want him driven away

Description: Standing 4'10", this man is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. He has a silver handlebar mustache and slicked back silver hair. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are gray.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the west. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the west were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: A middle-aged woman, she wears a black costume with the symbols of strength on her torso, and is pretty ugly. She wears her blue crest down. Her face possesses mild wrinkles. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. She is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Shoemaker work with an outfit from a few towns over. Shoemaker work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. Being a Shoemaker kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
