History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Through the years after Jacoba was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Jacoba's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He has never given up on his dancing dream.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the west. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Half-Elves in Dayereth's homeland. Dayereth decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Dayereth fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with poetry. He constantly tries to fill his life with poetry. He has all his life been fascinated with poetry.

History: Born in the east to a Jeweler, Nutae learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Jeweler for hire.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and he is greedy

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He's also a talented Dyer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He's in love; and money/treasure
