History: Born in the west to a Sage, Silent learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Sage for the past few years.

Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of giants may trigger it at times.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Emma liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.
