Personality: She is highly sensitive about her name. She loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: Orla hails from a village terrorized by brigands. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by brigands. Orla was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the brigands.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her martial abilities were realized during a raid on her village. After a long history of fighting, Matilda and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Hupe embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: Gifted from a young age, Hupe studied abroad. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: She comes from a rich western family. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero.
