Personality: She believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. The war was a terrible time for her, and Silaqui does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. Silaqui liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. Gûnd liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. His blue eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: He got into the Animal Trainer business at a young age. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Ethereal grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Ethereal. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature sword.
