His wide-brimmed hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His eyes are red and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.
