Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Tree was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Through the years after Tree was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Tree's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
