History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. A freak accident while working with his Mortician mother left him crippled. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: She is witty, but her monotone delivery comes off as unnerving To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: She wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. Her attire stands in sharp contrast to her hammer, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a dagger on it. She has no hair. She has a tattooed face.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Theirastra embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. On top of that she is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to her employer will always come first she doesn't like to hit women.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Theirastra grew up listening to her mother's many stories. Theirastra abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero.

Description: A woman with a cold, calculating air about her, she is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Cook. Her hair is short and black. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are blue.

Personality: She is happy with her job as a Cook. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. She feeds upon the attention of others.

History: Born in the north to a Cook, Shaena learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Ostracized due to the martial powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. She has dedicated herself to building a better village for her children.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Cook and was forced into it by her family; and to reunite with her old friends

Description: She is a mite stocky and is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright tan and brown, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. Her silver hair is cut short. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. She disdains her fellow easterners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: When she was but 8 years old her parents immigrated from the east. She has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and she has money and likes to spend it
