History: Shifting lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and to reunite with his absent mother

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. Ostracized due to the martial powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Myathethil fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her father. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Barrister.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Barrister and was forced into it by her family; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: This man is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright green and violet, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. His silver hair is knotted and matted. His red eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of dire rats once and for all.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. After a long history of fighting, Donaar and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he has passion for adventuring and risk
