History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He hates brigands. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Srorthen hails from a village terrorized by brigands. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Srorthen alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many brigands want him driven away.
