Description: He is renowned for his bright yellow suits and hats. He carries a battered scythe and tarnished nunchaku as well. His black hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His eyes are a pleasant gray.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Geoffrey grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Geoffrey. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.

Description: An older woman who wears a shirt that is too small, which lets her gut show, with a ratty yellow coat over it, she is not a threatening figure. She has wavy brown hair. Her ears are large.

Personality: She is happy with her job as a Tanner. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: She is greedy; and she has passion for adventuring and risk

Description: She wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized grey coat. Her blonde hair is heavily combed to the right. This blue eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Vicky embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. Being born in the north, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the north for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister

Description: He prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'11" when asserting himself. With a patchy silver beard and wild silver hair. His gray eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: Money/treasure.

Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. He has styled his rusty crest well, parting it to the left. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He is an amazing painter.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
