History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His parents enrolled him in a Warlock school at a young age so that he could practice his arcane talents. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: Fargas lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the north were limited. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
