History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Carter responsibilities is difficult.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Stylist arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and a rival would like him out of the picture

History: She got into the Slave Trader business at a young age. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.
