History: Hubert hails from a village terrorized by illithids. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Spice Merchant. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Hubert fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. She would rather hide behind her crafts than deal with other people.

History: Hugolina hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and many gnolls want her driven away

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. She is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of her. She is by nature obliging.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. A freak accident while working with her Layabout father left her crippled. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes.

Description: He wears tattered old clothes, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'9" when asserting himself. His brown hair is unkempt and raggedy. His eyes are likewise gray. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. The war was a terrible time for him, and Ratanák does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he loathes his own lifestyle

Description: He prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. He sports a flattop hair cut. His eyes are a pleasant brown.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He was born at the edge of vast plains. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He is greedy; and to prove his worth to the world
