Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. She wears a grey coat over a white low-cut shirt, and a Stetson hat upon her head. Her hair, while still mostly silver, has prominent grey streaks. Her eyes are likewise green.

Personality: She has a good heart but also a terrible temper. She will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-brother.

History: Barbena was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Monk, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Monk in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Her first spouse was a Knight, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: He very much looks the part of a Marshal. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his axe, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a card on it. He wears a feathered hat to cover his moderate length black hair. He has a dull look in his violet eyes.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Marshal work with an outfit from a few towns over. Marshal work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and his religion dominates his actions

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He has never given up on his dancing dream.

Description: She wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. She cuts an attractive figure and her suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. Her white hair is smooth and relatively long. This green eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She never wears the same outfit twice, unless she absolutely has to.

History: Born in the south to a Shoemaker, Hatae learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: She uses money and sex appeal to get what she needs; and balancing her hectic life and new shoemaker responsibilities is difficult
