Description: This western man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty green coat over it. His crest is short and black. His eyes are gold and catlike.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Layabout business.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Layabout hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Cook. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Born to a Brewer, his mother struggled to pay the bills. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Cook. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 8 years.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and further expansion of business

Description: She is scrawny and has patchy gray fur. She wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally she sports a pastel coat. She has a hunchback. Her fur is gray and very short. Her green eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to her own.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While she appears to be a normal Tabaxi, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and she has passion for adventuring and risk

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She uses divination through singing.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Tabaxis in the east were limited. After a long history of fighting, Emerald and her spouse have recently divorced.

Description: She is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. She is physically well-built. Her hair is purple and very short. Her fair skin shows little sign of her aristocratic breeding.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. The war was a terrible time for her, and Phelaia does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Gifted from a young age, Phelaia studied abroad. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She was granted martial powers by her dying brother.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and she feels kind of lost in life
