He wears violet robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a quarterstaff, but if one is not available he will default to his hand crossbow. His red hair is thinning but still full. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Rael will drive conversation. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. When Rael reached his early adolescence his Half-Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: Cecily was born in the north. At a young age she loved to build and create. Her parents enrolled her in a Expert school at a young age so that she could practice her druidic talents. She tends to her Miller job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and to end her boredom

Personality: He is fixated on the number 38. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. He worked as a nervous Locksmith and found it very stressful. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: Aline wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Commoner, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She also has developed a complete distrust of the Barkeep profession.

History: She was raised in a mountains tribe. A gifted student she started as a Barkeep, but she got bored and became a Bellfounder. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
