Description: This light-skinned male wears skinny pants and wears a brown and grey robe with the hood down. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. His red hair is braided into rings. His eyes are blue and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the west. After coming to the age of reason, Whurbin took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Whurbin fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: A 5'9" southern man, he wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his lance with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. His silver hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His eyes are likewise red. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and he is greedy

Description: This woman is very fat, and is generally shirtless and showing off her tattooed chest. Her silver hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a wide-brimmed hat. She has several tiny opal earrings on each ear.

Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Rose lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the north were limited. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: Wants to raise her children well.
