History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.
