History: He got into the Fortune-teller business at a young age. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 10 years.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. Cecily enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. Her childhood dream was to be a Actor, but she was a colossal failure. She became a Bowyer soon after.
